They say that wherever you travel to becomes a part of you. For Daniel Roy, it was a holiday to Hawaii in early 2017 that inspired this business venture. Intrigued by the locals love for acai bowls, healthy wraps, fresh smoothies and juices, he pondered how he could bring their diet to south-east Queensland in a unique manner.

Fond of the food truck concept that has blossomed internationally and is infiltrating Australia, Daniel restored a four-wheel drive vehicle designed to operate across popular south-east Queensland coastal locations.
